Shipping Policy


1. Turnaround

Your order will be processed and ready for shipping within 2 days of ordering. 

Rush order is possible, please contact us before ordering.  

We highly advise to place your orders a bit ahead of your deadline, to avoid last minute stress.


2. Locations where we ship

Electro lounge ships orders within the North America Continental Canada, United States, Alaska and Hawaii. 

We reserve the right to cancel any orders originating from any of the US territories outside of the Continental US. 

NOTE: due to certain requirements, we cannot ship to a location indicated on order comments section, 

or by email request. We can only ship to the address indicated on your order.

We also accept and ship orders to customers residing in Canada, too.


3. Shipping methods and transit times

All our orders ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS). 

Below are the shipping methods available, and the average shipping times for delivery:


  • Standard Shipping: First Class Mail

3 - 7 working days (USA)

7 - 14 days (CAN)

2 - 4 Weeks (to all other locations)


  • Priority Mail (USPS)

2 - 3 working days (USA)

7 - 14 days (CAN)

due to high expense and product damage issue, currently not offered outside of USA & Canada.


  • Express mail (USPS)

1 - 2 working days (USA)

due to high expense, currently not offered outside of USA


Please note the above transit times are guidelines by the USPS and are not guaranteed, except for Express mail in the USA. 

Please be aware that selecting a shipping upgrade does not expedite the processing of your order and the making of your items.

4. Order tracking

  • For customers in the USA: 

All orders with Electro Lounge include a tracking number. Once your order is out for shipping, you will receive an email notice, along with the tracking number. 


  • For Canada customers:

USPS First Class international is trackable while the package is in the USA. Once the package leaves the USA, 

it is handled by the destination country's postal service. At that point the package may or may not have limited tracking, 

depending on your country's postal system. USPS Priority mail is trackable within Canada.


5. Customs duty for International customers

If you reside in a country other than the USA, please be aware that upon receipt of the package you may or may not be asked to 

pay customs import duties by your country. Please contact your local customs department for any questions regarding applicable duty. 

Customs duty is the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Orders from Canada will include a standard customs information on your parcel. 

Your parcel will not be marked as "Gift" or any other nomenclature that would be in violation of international guidelines.


6. Shipping Rates

The rates charged for shipping your order is based on shipping weight and location. Before checking out, 

you will be able to review the shipping cost and decide whether to continue placing the order or not.
